Payment
Payment must be made in full within five days before the class begins. No partial
payments will be accepted.
Cancellation
If a student is not able to attend a class, they must cancel four business days
prior to the start of class to receive a 100% refund. Students who do not cancel
the class within four business days will incur a 50% cancellation fee (not to exceed
$100).
Refund
Students will give given a 50% tuition refund after the beginning of a class up
to the point that 33% of the instruction has occurred, and 0% thereafter. Course
fees will not be refunded after a course begins. No calls and no shows will receive
no refund.
Courses may be canceled for inadequate enrollment in which case, a 100% refund will
be issued.

| In this course students will build an IBM compatible computer from the ground up. This entails an extensive explanation of all major hardware components, assembly of a working PC system, and installation of an operating system. Students will also learn how to troubleshoot problems and determine how to correct them. Class time will consist of extensive lectures on each component, the many problems which occur, the reasons why, and how to correct them. Bring a medium Phillips screwdriver and pair of needle nose pliers. Students may also bring their computers to repair during class. |
